About the Role

As we continue to scale, we are investing in our customer success function to ensure we deliver both exceptional client experiences and scalable processes that will carry us through our next stage of growth. This role is a critical hire as we build the foundation for sustainable growth across the business. You will directly manage our Customer Success Associate while also maintaining your own client portfolio.

This is a true player-coach role that requires balancing day-to-day client success responsibilities with the leadership, process design, and strategic perspective needed to scale. The role reports directly to the CEO, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to shape the customer success strategy at the executive level.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to bring their customer success experience into a small, scaling company and help shape our approach as we grow, with the potential to move into a Head of Customer Success position in the years ahead.

‍Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and support our Customer Success Associate, ensuring consistent client coverage and professional growth
  • Own a portfolio of customer relationships across onboarding, training, adoption, and renewals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives at family businesses, private companies, and funds
  • Develop and implement scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and tools while maintaining high-touch service
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to bring client feedback into the product development cycle
  • Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and implement retention strategies
  • Define, track, and report on key customer success metrics such as NPS, adoption rates, and churn or renewal trends
  • Contribute to strategic projects to scale customer success, including documentation, automation, and internal knowledge-sharing

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in an early-stage or scaling environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise client relationships and engage with C-level executives
  • Proven success building or refining customer success processes for scale
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills

‍Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a SaaS company during a growth phase from approximately $1M ARR to $5–10M+
  • Familiarity with equity management, private markets, or fintech SaaS
  • Proficiency with managing CS and project management tools

Product Design & Front-End Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Product Designer & Front-End Engineer to help shape the future of the Nth Round platform. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in early-stage environments (~10-person team), has both the design chops and front-end development skills to bring ideas to life, and understands how to translate customer needs into an elegant, scalable product. The right person will be equally passionate about refining and scaling existing features from “1 → 10” as they are about building new features from “0 → 1.”

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Co-Founders, and Engineering team to lead design initiatives, own front-end development priorities, and contribute to product strategy. Your work will have a direct, visible impact on our growth and the customer experience.

‍Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI/UX design
  • Build and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end code using modern frameworks and tools
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs
  • Partner with leadership to define product priorities and roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the product
  • Establish and maintain a consistent design system and front-end standards
  • Stay current with design, UX, and fintech trends to keep Nth Round’s platform competitive and user-friendly
  • Contribute to shaping our product culture and processes as we scale

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in product design and front-end development (ideally at SaaS companies or in fintech)
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components)
  • Expert in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience working in small, fast-growing teams where you’ve worn multiple hats
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects from ideation through launch
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

‍Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in fintech or equity management software
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development
  • Understanding of API integration and back-end collaboration
  • Experience in product management or leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience conducting user interviews and usability studies
