About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment and helping customers succeed.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be on the front lines supporting our customers and helping them get the most value from the Nth Round platform. You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success, founders, and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer communications, onboarding, and support.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and training users on the platform.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and providing thoughtful, responsive service.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions with the product and engineering teams.
- Help develop and maintain internal documentation and client-facing resources.
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights to improve the platform and customer experience.
- Support special projects as we scale our customer success operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, filtering/sorting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Be a collaborative team player who is curious, empathetic, and eager to learn.
- Have a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant internship or part-time work in SaaS, bonus if in a client-facing role.
- Extracurricular leadership experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
