We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment and helping customers succeed.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be on the front lines supporting our customers and helping them get the most value from the Nth Round platform. You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success, founders, and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
