Nth Round Adds to Expanding Team with Three New Hires

As part of our continued growth, we are excited to welcome three new members to the Nth Round team—Timothy McLeod, Business Development, Ilene Parker, Customer Success and Adam Hall, Business Operations and Finance.

Timothy, based in Tampa, FL, will support the expanding sales initiatives, focusing on strategic relationships within Real Estate. Prior to Nth Round, he worked for multiple SaaS startups, focusing on fintech and real estate investment. Timothy studied English literature at Indiana University while running both Cross Country and Track & Field. In his spare time, he reads medieval history and competes as an amateur bicycle racer.

Ilene will lead Customer Success, onboarding new customers and fostering relationships. Most recently, Ilene spent four years in Jefferson's Office of Institutional Advancement. She has a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Thomas Jefferson University. In her spare time, Ilene enjoys trying new foods, reading, and exploring the great city of Philadelphia.

Adam will helm a newly created position in operations and finance. Adam completed his MBA at the Wharton School of Business after a successful ten-year career as an aviator and officer in the U.S. Navy. In addition to his flying duties, his military service offered him a diverse array of crucible leadership experiences to include partnerships with NASA for Orion space capsule testing and several Hollywood film/television studios for DoD assistance of entertainment media. Prior to Nth Round, Adam worked for Amazon in a post-MBA rotational program.

All three of our new hires bring expertise and leadership matched by an eagerness to learn and tenacity to succeed. These core values have been driving Nth Round since 2018 and will remain essential in its continued growth.

Customer Success Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment and helping customers succeed.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be on the front lines supporting our customers and helping them get the most value from the Nth Round platform. You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Success, founders, and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer communications, onboarding, and support.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and training users on the platform.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and providing thoughtful, responsive service.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions with the product and engineering teams.
  • Help develop and maintain internal documentation and client-facing resources.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights to improve the platform and customer experience.
  • Support special projects as we scale our customer success operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, filtering/sorting).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Be a collaborative team player who is curious, empathetic, and eager to learn.
  • Have a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant internship or part-time work in SaaS, bonus if in a client-facing role.
  • Extracurricular leadership experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
